During our recent stay at the apartment, my family and I were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location just a 2-minute walk from the Royal Mile. This made it easy for us to explore the city with our two older family members who are in their late 60s. the apartment itself was clean, quiet, and warm, providing us with plenty of towels, fresh sheets, and extra blankets to ensure our comfort during the chilly -5 degree weather outside. One of the highlights for us was the selection of teas and coffee left out for our use, which was a nice touch and helped us start our days off right. the option to check out slightly later due to our evening flight was greatly appreciated and made our departure much smoother. Despite these positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks to our experience. We also encountered some issues with a broken laundry machine handle, preventing us from washing our clothes as planned. the noise from neighboring apartments was quite disruptive at times, impacting our overall experience. However, communication with the hosts was clear and prompt, and the apartment itself was well-equipped with necessary amenities for our family of 7. the cooking facilities, ample plates and cutlery, comfortable beds, and TV made our stay enjoyable. Overall, the apartment provided a clean and comfortable base for our exploration of the city, despite a few minor hiccups along the way. In conclusion, while there were some drawbacks to our stay at the apartment, the convenient location, family-friendly amenities, and overall cleanliness made it a suitable choice for our visit to Edinburgh. We would consider returning in the future, as long as the issues we encountered are addressed.
